Gala de Danza presented by GEM Experience
at the Grand Egyptian Museum
This November, Gala de Danza will bring together Dance, Music, and Art with world-renowned artists and rising international talent. The venue, the Grand Egyptian Museum, one of the world’s most significant cultural landmarks. This collaboration unites classical and contemporary within a monumental setting creating a powerful dialogue between ancient civilization and modern creativity on an international stage.
ABOUT
Making History with a Global Amphitheater
Founded in 2013 by Christina Lyon, Gala de Danza is an internationally acclaimed performing arts organization celebrated for artistic excellence in Dance, Music and Art, cross-cultural vision, and productions in extraordinary locations worldwide. With multiple international editions including its most recent in London—Gala de Danza continues to expand its global presence. This will mark the 9th edition for Gala de Danza.
Gala de Danza – London’s inaugural performance was presented as a mission driven initiatives, with tickets donated to nonprofit organizations including London Youth (under the patronage of HRH The Duke of Edinburgh), Make-A-Wish Foundation, The Royal Academy of Dance, and The Do Good Foundation. Continuing this commitment, the upcoming Gala de Danza – Cairo will feature an educational outreach program, inviting local children to perform alongside international artists and fostering cultural exchange, and inspiration for the next generation.

The Grand Egyptian Museum, located near the Giza Pyramids, is the largest archaeological museum in the world. Conceived to present the world’s most comprehensive collection devoted to ancient Egyptian civilization, the Grand Egyptian Museum displays, conserves, and studies over 50,000 artifacts across 7,000 years. The museum embraces the diversity of Egyptian history and culture to connect all visitors to creativity, knowledge, ideas, and to one another. It is the perfect stage for Gala de Danza's celebration of art and movement.
